• We are a family firm which offers free expert advice. We have been involved in the world of joinery / timber and oak flooring since 1853.
  When you order or have any questions you will be dealing with only one person, so your call will not get onto switch boards with multiple people and you will not be pushed from pillar to post. We take pride in getting repeat orders from happy customers.
• We do not give you the option to order online as we prefer to talk with you and make sure that our product does suit your needs.
• FREE Delivery means FREE delivery on ANY quantity normally the next day or any day you choose. UK only.
• We have found that to offer a service out of normal hours is helpful. We cannot be in the office 24 hours a day but will often answer calls out of normal working hours and we always reply to emails very rapidly
• All our photos are taken by our customers of their own work that they have completed themselves with our oak flooring. We would also welcome more photographs from customers that we could show on this website.
